Terms & conditions

The terms that apply when you use this website and buy from us. Please read them before you order.

1. About these terms

These terms apply between you and DIGITAL CORE TECHNOLOGY SERVICES LIMITED ("DIGITAL CORE", "we", "us"), a company registered in Nigeria (RC 9922720). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or other laws that cannot be excluded.

2. Accounts

  • You must give accurate information and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been misused.
  • We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these terms.

3. Products

We sell digital products, including software downloads, licence keys, online subscriptions, vendor activations and digital services. Each product page describes what the product does, its price and billing frequency, its delivery method, any system requirements, and its licence, refund and support terms. Those product-specific terms form part of your contract with us.

Third-party products are supplied under our authorisation from the vendor, as stated on the product page. Your use of a third-party product is also subject to the vendor's own licence or service terms.

4. No guaranteed results

SEO, marketing and analytics tools help you understand and improve your online performance, but results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales or revenue.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency stated on the product page. The total you will pay is confirmed at checkout.
  • Card payments are processed through the Mastercard Gateway. Your order is confirmed only after we have verified your payment with the payment provider.
  • If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

6. Delivery

We deliver only after payment is verified. Downloads and licence keys are made available in your account. Vendor activations, subscriptions and services may require action by our team or the vendor; the product page explains what to expect and what information we may need from you. If we cannot deliver a product you have paid for, we will tell you and refund you in line with our refund policy.

7. Subscriptions

For subscription products, the product page shows the recurring price and billing frequency before you buy. Each payment covers one billing period. Subscriptions do not currently renew or charge you automatically; to continue after a period ends, you buy the plan again. You can request cancellation from your account, and we handle it under our refund & cancellation policy. If we introduce automatic renewal, we will explain it clearly and ask for your agreement before it applies to you.

8. Licences and acceptable use

  • Licences are for your own use within the limits stated on the product page and in the vendor's terms.
  • You must not resell, share or publish licence keys, downloads or access credentials unless the licence allows it.
  • You must not use our products or website for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone's rights.

9. Intellectual property

The DIGITAL CORE name, logo and website content belong to DIGITAL CORE TECHNOLOGY SERVICES LIMITED. Third-party product names and logos belong to their owners. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of the software.

10. Liability

We provide products with reasonable care and skill and as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we use your personal data.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will try to resolve any complaint with you directly first; please contact us. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer protection authority or the courts.
